Dr. Rieley - thank you for the wonderful information and validation of needing patience. While seemingly easy to remember in theory; not necessarily so in practice!
I am using some of the systems thinking from the Toyota Production System and also, in general, pieces I've gleened from my readings on "Complex Adaptive Systems."
Not only is leadership in Behavioral Health an oxymoron - so too, is measuring competencies. Anything you may share that helps in that area would be greatly appreciate.
I would love to produce training, mentoring, and coaching in the agency so that the learning "sticks" :)
