In his inaugural address President Obama talked about a new spirit of patriotism, service and responsibility for all Americans – but, especially the ability of the youth of America to bring about positive change.
He spoke of a new America, where our collective efforts can help improve the economy, reinstate America’s standing in the world, set the country on a path to reduce global warming, and the need to introduce fresh ideas about energy; health care, education and race relations.
With this message of hope and responsibility, SOSreach is proudly sponsoring a challenging photo competition with the theme: “Dawn of a New Age in America.”
The person who submits the most original, creative, exciting, engaging and meaningful photograph on this theme will be awarded $500.00.
There has never been a more vital time to participate in the rebuilding of America.
At a time when funds are tight, all one needs is an idea and a camera to participate in the scholarship challenge – open to all US college students.
